This week has been a week!!! Have you ever had weeks like that? I know everyone has and can surely relate. However, in all the craziness, I didn’t want to let the week go by without at least saying “Hi” to my faithful readers.

Since the last time we visited, every day, or should I say, every hour… my mom’s words have echoed in my head…”Inch by inch, it’s a cinch!… Yard by yard, it’s hard!” I’m sure that saying wasn’t originally hers, maybe it was passed down from my grandparents or maybe even my great-grandparents, who knows…. but there really is some truth to it!

Have you ever looked at something and said to yourself…. “Where in the heck do I start?” When a problem is approached by looking at the whole picture, it can be overwhelming. But, as it is dissected and each part handled one-by-one, then before you know it, it has been completely accomplished.

That’s where I am at right now, I’m busy accomplishing the dissected parts to hopefully bring me to the next move in life. If you are struggling with a big project, such as I am… I encourage you to follow my mom’s advice (yes, I guess, Mom’s always know best) and handle it “inch by inch”!

Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
